As things grow, I have always had an amazing experience with Valentine’s Day. Every year I would get a Valentine in the mail from my grandparents with a two dollar bill inside (yes, back when those existed), and I had to go to Chuck-E-Cheeses. This included eating pizza and playing with balls while my mom and the other homeschool moms put together goody bags of candy and scattered the valentines we wrote to our friends in our adorably decorated boxes (I spent days decorating mine). I couldn’t wait to open all my friends’ love notes and eat my candy. I mean, chocolate = love… right?
