1. What is included in our rental order? Your rental includes the use of your marquee lights for up to 12 hours. We set up and deploy our lights within the agreed contractual schedule. There is a $50 late pickup fee for pickups after 11:00 PM.

2. How tall are the marquee lights? All our lights are huge! They are 4 feet tall and about 2-3 feet wide.

3. Do you offer customer pickup? Not. Our awnings are huge and made of heavy quality metal that could pose a safety hazard when lifting and transporting. This also increases the chances of potential damage.

5. What amount of deposit/reservation fee do you require? We require a non-refundable deposit of $100. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date.
