Letters that are 3/8 inch and thinner are laser cut, which leaves a dark smooth edge.

We measure everything in proportion to the capital “A”. Because of this, some letters may be shorter or taller than your chosen height.

Custom Vinyl Lettering & Wall Decals

Be big and bold with big wooden letters. We cut each large wooden letter from Baltic Birch plywood, a sturdy furniture grade material. Large wooden letters can be cut from your favorite lettering style, accentuating the wood grain surface and visible finish on the sides.

For hanging large letters, we recommend a large framing strip such as the Command strip that supports heavy pieces. We do not recommend hanging these large wooden letters over the crib if they may fall.

The letter height you ordered is based on the uppercase “A” of the font you specified. Depending on the font, some of the upper/lower letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specified on the order form so they will appear proportional to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your letters in dimensions different from the height of the letters ordered. If all letters are sorted in lower case we still scale the letters to an upper case “A” which will make most of the letters smaller than ordered. No, you will NOT receive individual mail for our wall quotes. Most of the quotes are put together in one sheet and applied to the wall together. Some of our larger quotes come in 2 parts, but we NEVER send individual letters that you have to place yourself.
