The Bucs held slight advantages over the Rams in total yards and time of possession in the first half, but mostly because they weren’t as disciplined or opportunistic as they were, trailing 14-7.

Tampa Bay committed five penalties to Los Angeles and converted just 51 percent of its third downs compared to 71 percent for the Rams.

The Rams got the ball back with just over four minutes left in the first half and made the most of the time left on the clock.
They drove 75 yards in 10 plays, taking a 14-7 lead on Matthew Stafford’s two-yard touchdown pass to a wide-open Cooper Kupp in the end zone.
