The letter B was painted in bold black. This is not a distress letter. I have had many requests for a solid color, so I am now introducing this new product. A clear coat has also been added to provide additional shine and protection.

Almost all letters are made to order. It may take up to three weeks to prepare your letter for delivery. Please let me know if you need your order quickly and I will put it at the front of the queue.

Feel free to choose your color, letter or number. Note that if you want the black shade, it is called soft black in the drop down menu.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

I no longer accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are described in detail and the photos provided show each item correctly. If a unique situation arises, please contact me politely and hopefully we can reach a satisfactory solution (this includes a mistake on my part such as sending the wrong color). If an item is damaged please send a picture of the item and the box. I would be happy to give a refund in this case.

Please remember that this store does not issue refunds for items lost or misplaced in the mail.

Items are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Priority, First Class, Land and Media options available. Priority Mail comes with $50.00 insurance. I do ship items to other countries outside of the US. Once an international package leaves the US, there is no way to track the item. This store does not issue refunds for lost international packages.

I accept Pay Pal, major credit cards and gift cards. I will accept personal checks and money orders, but will not ship the item until I have received and processed payment.
