18 Inch Wooden Letters – Our standing wooden letters are great for creating decorative accents in your home. They arrive unfinished but are easy to color and come in several font styles. These wooden letters are custom cut and look elegant when displayed as a monogram.

Each letter is precisely cut from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), which is a manufactured wood made from fine wood fibers pressed together to form a strong composite. This material is great for indoor signs and craft letters.

Our standing letters will have a flat bottom so they can stand. This can reduce the height of your letter by 1/4 inch depending on the font you choose. Some letters like J, P and F may need extra support to stand. You can do this by sticking double-sided adhesive tape to the bottom of the letter, leaning it against an adjacent letter or against a wall.

The height of the letters you order is based on the capital “A” of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some upper/lower case letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form, so they will appear proportional to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your signs in different dimensions than the ordered letter height. If all letters are ordered in lowercase, we still resize the letters to uppercase “A”, which will make most of the letters smaller than ordered.
