Terrible product, worked for probably any time. Sent a review and they responded like they got my social photos and found the writing/lighting working. What about the other pictures where the letters appear? I clearly said that they worked for about an hour. I paid $3500.00 for items that didn’t work and time, then they wanted to respond like they did. Read their response to my review. The product is NOT what they are promoting and their customer service is terrible. AND half the bulbs were bent at the ends when we received them. Two plugs are not attached. The product is a complete joke. If only I could post pictures that show the truth I would. I am beyond resentful. I will reach too.

I ordered from this shop 2 years ago the letters XV and I just wanted to add the LOE so I could have the word Love and he caught that I didn’t choose a matching font and contacted me and sent me the exact matches! Once again amazing quality and customer service!!

Do not buy this product. We ordered this product a month before our event and didn’t open it right away because our business was so busy. When setting up for our event when opening the boxes to find broken light bulbs, there was a lot of glass, the frames where the light bulbs were placed were broken and when we plugged it in it was a fire hazard. The bulbs flew from the letter, sparking many times and the bulbs heated up quickly. European outlets do not fit properly and children or the elderly should not come near this product. The seller didn’t want to help us because we didn’t open the boxes immediately when we got the product. We spent $1300 on letters we couldn’t use.

According to store policies, the buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any problems with the order within 3 days of receipt and may return the goods within 7 days of receipt. in your case, the product has been used for more than 1 month. despite these terms, an option is offered for you: -Send spare bulb sockets – return the goods or destroy the goods without the possibility of using them in the future and then receive a refund, but in for some reason you did not agree and stopped talking. unfortunately, there is no opportunity to receive a refund and continue to use the product, as well as return a used product 1.5 months after the receipt was not issued.

I ordered 4 great boards from this vendor. This time is scary. The $388, (60” x 40”) board arrived from Ukraine wrapped in cardboard and plastic via PO. There were no corner protectors, so when it arrived the edges were worn, and chipped. 09/08/21 I immediately reached the vendor, with photos & updated him. He responded 09/12/21 to ask for pictures of the entire board to review the issue. I removed the packaging and sent pictures. I want a nice board with no blemishes. So when he responded 1 month later, I suggested replacing the board for one without damage. He declined my offer and offered me $20. I told him $20 wasn’t enough to fix it. I wasn’t expecting $50. He refused to negotiate with me. We have been going back and forth for 2 months. He then asked me to destroy the board and he would partially refund
