I adore Dr. Seuss, so the book is an absolute must, but the classic cartoon version brings the book’s spirit to life with childlike whimsy. And while I’m not usually a Jim Carrey fan, the way a more modern adaptation brings Whos to life is fun, and if I find the channel running in December, it’ll be impossible to turn down.

However, this song is the grinchiest of all Christmas songs. It is full of insults. That’s sad. With this kind of language flying around, it’s no wonder this Grinch is so smart

However, with the new The Grinch movie coming out, Illumination Entertainment thought to give us a new rendition of the classic Christmas song. It was performed by Tyler the Creator and I was not impressed.

The new version of the song keeps most of the familiar elements, but it also adds some new things and it’s done in a completely different modern style that I personally don’t care for.
