Vertical letters can be balanced on a flat surface. We include a circle for letters with a rounded bottom like the letter O. But it is your responsibility to decide when a base is needed for safety. If you are placing it outside, in a ventilated area, or if you are not erecting a perimeter around the letters to prevent people from bumping into them (including but not limited to these situations), then it is required a foundation for safety. We offer an additional fee.

Wall hanging letters have hooks attached to the back of the letters. Additional costs may apply, such as mounting larger letters or adding a backing plate.

The letters are cut from wood and the sides are metal. It’s durable and sturdy, and can be transported safely and organized to events.

Letters are powered by an electrical outlet, not a battery. Letters are standard US letters.

Many letters are joined together to form a version. We provide cables to connect the letters. You can also use extension cords.

The default bulbs we use are incandescent bulbs. A G50 bulb with an E17 base. Can be purchased from Amazon, Home Depot etc.

Our default bulbs emit a warm white light. The images of the letters “LOVE” in this directory use our default light bulbs.

If a light goes out, you can replace it with a new one. It does not affect other bulbs.

Each metal stand is 5ft long and supports about 4 letters. The price for a single metal base is $350 plus shipping and tax.

Awesome product, works for all hours. Sent a review and responded that they received my social media pictures and saw the letters/lights in action. How about other pictures where the letters appeared. I’m pretty sure they worked for an hour. I paid $3500.00 for stuff to not work and an hour, then they want to answer like they do. Read their response to my review. They have a product they are NOT promoting and their customer service is horrible. And half of the bulbs were bent at the ends when they were received. Two plugs are not attached. The result is very funny. If I could post a picture that shows the truth I would love to. I’m sorry. I will visit again.
