Replace Range Rover Letters – I’m new to this forum, so please excuse any inappropriate forum etiquette; Because I am on a sensitive schedule. I hope someone has specific details on the badges for the front and rear badges: “Range Rover” for the Evoque.

Long story short: I recently had my 2016 Evoque wrapped in matte black. The OEM logos came off, and when put back on, they didn’t look right. The guy who wrapped my car did a great job with the wrap, but I’m guessing: he bought badges for the big Range Rover, you know: “Range Rover” lettering- the badges for the Evoque are different, as is the hood. is different

The dealer wants to charge me 934.00 for labor, installation and purchase of badges… that’s outrageous. If any of you have any info that could help me out with the person installing it I would greatly appreciate any helpful info. I have done a lot of research on the internet and can’t find anything. You are my last hope. Thanks again!

Hood Land Rover Letters Removal?

Below are some links to a Land Rover dealer who does a lot of online sales. I advise buying genuine Land Rover fonts, as they are curved to match both the liftgate and bonnet contours.

There are also links to some videos to show the installation. When you buy fonts I make sure they come with templates.

Enhance the front of your Range Rover Evoque by attaching these CHROME/BLACK letters to your vehicle’s bonnet. These replace the existing dark RANGE ROVER lettering and have the same thickness, size and dimensions as the original items (although we do not guarantee they are the same).

These items are now supplied with a matching template to ensure easy fit and spacing of your bonnet. This listing is for pre-installed vehicle grade self adhesive tape and stenciled ‘R A N G E R O V E R’ letters. These letters are made of ABS plastic (same as the initial letters) with a chrome/black finish.

We will solve your problem as soon as possible. Enjoy shopping! I ordered Black Range Rover Lettering. I finally had time to install them on a Fuji White Dynamic with black trim. Installation was easy. The kit comes with a template for the new lettering and a plastic tool to assist in removing the original lettering. First I placed the templates over the existing letters and marked where the template would go with blue painters tape. Then remove the template and use the supply tool to remove the old font. Removing the old font was simple. Clean the area thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol when new stains appear. Align the templates with your tape marks and tape the templates in place. Install the new article. The hardest part of the whole job was getting the tape backing for the letters. It took me about an hour and a half. I feel it is better.

Click to expand… I used it on the rear badges and lettering for my ISF and it was much more durable than I expected, I even did an 8000 mile road trip through all kinds of weather conditions and car washes and it really stuck well. I’ve even seen people use it on their wheels for winter protection. It’s nice that you can spray it on the car without removing the badges and it comes off the paint easily but sticks to the badges. I used black, but it also comes in matte white, matte gray, and according to their website it even has a coating you can use to make it gold or silver or more gloss, but I’ve never used those other colors just black.

FYI, apparently badges are hard to stick on a second time. You don’t have to drive “RAN E RO ER”!

All I know about it is that because of the clear bra installer, I always remove the badge and get a new set from LR to install. LR sells them for about $125 a set.

I’ve been putting this off for months (well, actually a few years to think about it) so finally dug out the letters from the kitchen drawer, cleaned the back and started applying. Double-sided tape (which is why I’ve been putting off the job for so long).
