If your personalization details are missing, your order cannot be completed. Please provide personalization details in the Notes to Seller at Checkout. If there are any questions about your order, you will receive an email or chat to clarify your order prior to the confirmation email. We will contact you via Convo or email. by mail before confirming your order. You will receive a personal email from us to order within 24-48 hours. If it is not in your inbox within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk folders. Your item will be confirmed and shipped exactly as requested in the Notes to Seller. PLEASE review the confirmation email for personalization details and shipping address. The expected delivery date is indicated in the confirmation email. Anything more just ask.

I received a text confirming my colors the day after I purchased them and it was made and shipped so quickly. All personalized items and bespoke items require full payment upon order. As these products are created to your specifications, Monogramalamode cannot accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or refunds of any kind on personalized or bespoke products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with your order. If there is a problem with your order and it is our fault (initials are wrong, wrong size, etc.) We will gladly resend your order after receiving the product back, shipping on us. If the product was created incorrectly and the customer is at fault (wrong size jersey, accidentally ordered the wrong color, etc.), we will charge a 50% restocking fee when we receive the product back at the customer’s cost. Item must be returned unworn and unwashed.

Orders are then shipped. All orders ship USPS 2-3 business days Priority Mail or 16oz First Class Mail when available. If you need your item next day, please contact me and I can let you know about pricing and pricing options.

We prepare the items according to the order of receipt. If they are ready sooner, we will ship them as soon as we embroider and package your order. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships. You can also see under purchases in your account if the status has changed to shipped.

We currently accept Paypal. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay with this method. If you want to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your payment method at checkout, click the green “Pay with Paypal” button, and follow the steps to pay by credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.

If you pay via echeck with Paypal, it takes 3-5 days for the payment to clear. Your order will not begin until payment clears. This delays production time by 3-5 days.

The initial order of the traditional monogram is as follows. First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. For example, Sarah Morgan Schreiner is an SSM. – S is the last name.

At checkout, there is a text box for notes to seller. On each of my listings I have a “PLEASE ADD NOTES TO IDENTIFY THE SELLER.

You can copy that information and fill in the required information. Orders submitted with all personalization information allow me to begin making your products. When this information is missing, we will chat or email you and your order will be placed on hold until the information is provided. Order processing time begins once we have all the missing information. Your order will be shipped via US Priority Mail 2-3 business days after the order date.

Shipping of your product is based on 2 factors: production time and shipping time. We strive to fulfill and ship all orders efficiently and on time. Depending on the current order volume and season, we have 3 order processing times: 7 working days, 10 working days and 14 working days. You can see my current order term listed here:

We cannot begin to customize your lettering or embroider your order until we have received all the details necessary to personalize your order. If we receive an order with missing information, we will send you an email or chat asking for the missing information.

Once we receive a response, your order will be added to the current orders to be processed. The 7 working days start at this point as this is when we can actually start making your monogrammed item.

We try to respond to convos in a timely manner, within 2-4 business hours (Eastern) of receipt. During peak or holiday time it may take 5-12 hours for us to reply. If it’s after 5pm or on a weekend, it may be the next business day before you get a response.
