Our standard processing time is 4-6 days, including shipping (in the US). We recommend that you place your order AT LEAST one week before your event. If your event is less than THREE DAYS from the time of order, you will need to request overnight mail.

We do not offer refunds on orders that complain about something that is clearly stated in our descriptions (dimensions, color, etc.). SIGN RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS: Unless damaged, signs must be returned to qualify for a refund. If your sign was damaged by the post office in transit, we’ll file a claim on your behalf (send us photos!) and send you a new sign free of charge.

Due to the amount of work that goes into creating a custom sign, refunds will include a % deducted to cover our labor time.

We use USPS for 99% of our shipments. In some cases we may use UPS or FedEx when the need arises.
