The Screwtape Letters Andy Serkis
The Screwtape Letters Andy Serkis – From the award-winning team of actors who brought you Radio Theatre’s Amazing Grace and The Chronicles of Narnia. In his ever-popular play The Screwtape Letters, C. S. Lewis reimagined Hell as a work of hell. With a sense of spirituality and anger, Lewis shows that the demons, working in big business, have knowledge of human behavior: competition, greed, and complete punishment all. Avoiding torturing themselves and wanting to be the leader is what makes the demons to torture their “patients.”
The style and unique dark humor of Screwtape Letters is preserved throughout the film, as is the original setting of London during World War II. The story is carried by the old witch Screwtape played wonderfully by the award-winning actor Andy Serkis (“Gollum” in Lord of the Rings) as he talks to his apprentice witch Wormwood . All 31 letters take place in nature, set in hell or the real world with people – aka “patients,” as the demons say – with its circle of friends and family. The Radio Theater release also stars Geoffrey Palmer (Tomorrow Never Dies), Laura Michelle Kelly (Sweeney Todd), Eileen Page (The Secret Garden), and other world-class actors.

This full movie was written by Paul McCusker and acted by some of the best British actors (See below) including Andy Serkis (Gollum), is a cool and interesting performance of the evil spirits that tempt us every day to live in mediocrity. , which often reveals our ignorance of the greatest and simplest plans, God has left for us.
I remember when I sat down at the game for the first time and I heard Screwtape’s (Andy Serkis) voice, “WOOOORMWOOOOOOD, MY LOVE, MY LOVE, WOOOORMWOOD!” Watch the trailer below to hear and see what I’m talking about…

The cast and crew of Screwtape did an amazing job in taking CS Lewis’ wonderful words from paper and putting them into the ears of the chocolate lovers. Although the content is often “Over there,” that’s where CS Lewis talks, and makes his work very interesting. C. S. Lewis’ ability to address interesting but emotional topics, makes him a master and spiritual giant for our time.
Clive Staples Lewis The show itself is a deep blend of actor/actress talent with a deep layer of sound and richness that when you sit in your chair or car, you are transported to hell … or like England. But the sounds are so detailed that you will quickly lose yourself in the devil’s world. Indeed it is a view in their world and I do not believe that if Satan is really powerful, this show will not happen.
The Screwtape Letters first appeared in London’s Guardian newspaper during the twilight years of World War II. In 1942, The Writings were published in a book in England – dedicated to Lewis’s friend JR.R. Tolkien. The following year, the book appeared in America to great acclaim.
In his enduringly popular play, C. S. Lewis reimagined Hell as an inscrutable bureaucracy. With spiritual insight and suspense, Radio Theatre’s The Screwtape Letters is carried by the old witch Screwtape (Andy Serkis) as he delivers news to his apprentice Wormwood. The alphabet leads to the drama, in hell or the real world with people—the “sick people,” as the ghost says. Often diabolically humorous as the story explores the themes of sin and temptation, Radio Theatre’s The Screwtape Letters ultimately acknowledges the power of salvation and God’s love.

The website is as deep and interesting as the voice acting itself. There are many things you can do on the site and Focus’s web support team has outdone themselves with this site. They have given the world a view for fans to sink into, not burn. Check it out and check it all out. One of the things I really love is how Screwtape has ruined the scene and made the fans go in and learn things that Satan doesn’t want us to learn.
